Folders 'inside' the PST file, you mean? No, sorry. Our software works at the file level, so will back up the whole PST. That's the same in any version.

Bear in mind that a backup of the whole PST (including a copy of the folders you lost) would reinstate them (and all other contents - 'as of' the time you made the backup, anyhow) if you Restored it. If you have new mails that arrived before you noticed the problem (and you wished to preserve those and just 'import' the missing folders), you can do so by manually opening the backup of the PST in Outlook (you may have to temporarily change the file-name slightly) and then drag & drop the missing folders within (using) Outlook from one message store to the other.

But if you really need (or want) to back up individual folders from within a PST, you either need specialised software, or do it manually (create a new PST and then Ctrl-drag the folders you want from the main PST to the new one to create a copy of them in that new PST)
