Re your length issue, um, how long? Too long for what? There's no sign here of an individual path-component that exceeds 255 characters (the point where the file-system itself cannot handle it). There is a built-in truncation for that reason at 255 characters (for the filename itself, not the path to it). This is not adjustable.
Certain processes such as Windows Explorer have problems if the entire path exceeds 255 chars, but that's up to you to specify smaller/fewer 'parts' to build the file-name (and/or use a shorter Destination path). As you're aware, there are special truncating Variables you can use to limit the Subject components to 32 or 64 characters, but we can't work miracles or decide for you where to truncate a resulting path\name that's still too long for other processes to handle.
(BTW, did you notice your setting for 'Filename of EML files' does not actually include an extension?)
Re your other errors, which version of V6 are you using (we have about 75 now)? You should probably update to the latest beta 6.3.30.0 (just released today)

Do not uninstall / reinstall, or you'll lose your profiles & settings. Just install 'over the top'
I gather from the development department they have no issues with a quick test with foreslashes in the email Subject using that version.
If you still have issues, we'd need you to sign up for ticketed support and submit a Support Zip with debug-out of a run with the errors.
