We don't 'do' anything for the folder's LastModified date. We just create the folder (or if it exists, copy into it). Whatever controls your file-system (whatever it is) does the rest.

Many thanks. What I am surprised about, is the fact that the back up works fine for files on the C drive, but for the D drive which is a separate internal hard drive.
