Well, I can see you do not have a space between your password and the /q switch (at least, not here). So TrueCrypt is presumably assuming you are passing the password

So if you have the setting 'Wait until the program has finished' in Programs-Before, the command-string won't auto-close TC, and if you don't do so manually either, the profile will hang for ever waiting for TC to close. Without knowing the settings of your profile (and for that we'd need a copy as a Support Zip, via the Support Ticket area), we can't get into the other part any deeper, but try adding the space so it reads

and your problem might just go away.
