You'd need to sign up for ticketed support and submit a Support Zip of a run with debug-out set (set beforehand, that is, before the run). Don't edit the profile (or run it again) afterwards (till you generate the Support Zip) or you'll wipe/replace the debug info you are trying to capture.

Please note that the forum and the ticket area are separate systems and currently require separate registration for each system. You can re-use the same credentials (if also 'vacant' on the 2nd system you register with) but you still need to register again/separately.
