If you're using SE why are you posting in the Free section?
It is the Window password it's asking for, it is Windows that requires it, and it is Windows that is rejecting it. (It may be doing so wrongly, but that's up to Windows). All our software is doing is passing on the request (from the Windows Task Scheduler) for your Windows password, passing back what you enter, then relaying any error message (or, closing, if none).

Sounds to me as though you maybe have a fault in your Windows Task Scheduler (or, you really are entering the wrong password, CapsLock is on, etc)
