If you're using SE why are you posting in the Free section?It is the Window password it's asking for, it is Windows that requires it, and it is Windows that is rejecting it. (It may be doing so...

That is just the opening screen where you select whether the backups will be on your system or the cloudClick on the OK button that will take you to the next part where you can select the directories etc.
