You'd have to ask MS (or maybe TC)
AFAIK, the drive serial will persist until you format or delete/re-create that volume. But you'd need to check with TC.
Re the dismount, you could add a command-string to do so in Programs-After of the last profile in the Group. There's no equivalent in the Group itself (it doesn't fit with the way Groups work internally). If you need to re-order your profiles within the group, you can create a dummy* profile to do so which is always the 'last'.
* make a simple Backup profile with Source & Dest as two local dummy folders with the same file in each, and keep them that way. This avoids 'no files found' prompts. Name the profile as per what it's actually for (TrueCrypt Dismounter or similar). You can re-use such a profile in other Groups, provided you don't try to nest them so that the same profile occurs in the overall collection more than once (that applies for any profile, not just dummies)
