If the Windows Task Scheduler (note that there is no scheduler in any version of SB itself - we use a drill-down to the Windows Task Scheduler service) cannot wake the Toshiba PC, that's something for MS & Toshiba (and maybe the authors of the BIOS, if different) to solve. Not a SB function, only a conduit to the Windows function...hence, no cure in SB for something that happens externally to it / before it is even started (or not).
This is assuming you actually have the Tasks set to wake the PC...which you didn't say. Actually, you didn't say the profile was (or should be) triggered via a Schedule either, but I'm guessing it might be...
