Not showing alternative for destination

When I first set up SBSE I am pretty sure it showed a serial number as an alternative for the Destination HP flash drive. But today it is not seeing the flash drive because it is on a different drive letter, and when I click on Alternative it does not show any alternatives, only the drive letter.
How do I remedy this?
