That seems to have fixed it. With that new version I was able to import and export with no errors. I am using Win7 Pro 64bit by the way.
I also noticed that upon opening the program, several folders are automatically created.
%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\2BrightSparks\SyncBackFree
and
%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\2BrightSparks\SyncBackFree
I saw in the Options -> Expert tab-> Put Profile settings into... why these folders would be created. But in the interest of portability, I would think that for any folders to be created (outside of the same directory as the program itself) it should take a deliberate act by the user, not happen as a default. I also noticed that from Options -> Expert tab-> Put Profile settings into... clicking on the 'Open' button has the same effect of creating those folders.
When I was testing the ability to export profiles, I chose a custom directory. I then deleted that folder containing the unzipped v6 program and all related files. Then I unzipped the program into a new folder. What I noticed was somehow the program remembered that custom directory for importing/exporting profiles. I just wanted to mention that since it seems like that setting should be contained in the program folder.
Thanks,
Peter
