The remaining 2 file errors are: Scan failed (5): Access is denied
Additionally, it appears the files that are not being copied are hidden files.
The names of the hidden folders are Catalog, SPPMetadataCache, and the file MediaId.
I also found that these folders and file are not copied even with using just Explorer to make the copy.
