Modify profile > Expert mode > Copy/Delete > 'Verify that files are copied correctly'. It's not enabled by default because hash comparison is s-l-o-w, especially on large files.
Bear in mind this compares the files as they were immediately after copying. If anything else (AV, disk errors, whatever) corrupt them afterwards, we can't help that. Note that I cannot recall anyone else ever reporting anything similar, in any version of our software, so I suspect you have something else going on...
