log display

I was using an older version of free sync back to back up my data files from one external hd to another. It worked and I got a report displayed on my computer first thing in the morning. I am now using version 6.2.3 and don’t get the report. When I check the log the format is not the same as before. Anyway to get the log to display after each run?

Also I would like to have files deleted from my destination when I dlelte them from the source. Can I do this with the free version 6.2.3? and if so would I have to start over or can I modify my backup profiles?
