Sorry, not feasible, because there's no way to store a 'negative value' (as a file) in the Tuesday differential location to tell Pro (or any other program) to delete the file X you already restored when first Restoring the 'full' backup. All that gets stored in the Tuesday differential are 'positive' differences, i.e. new or changed files.
Assuming you have a short enough cycle (e.g. weekly) and use a Mirror profile, the next Full backup will delete file-X from the Full location, so you only need worry about files deliberately deleted within one 'cycle'.
