Saving results...?

I am running SBP V6.5.30.0 from a USB drive, and notice a "Saving results... xxx%" status line at the completion of every profile, even if no files were sync'd. The percentage seems to re-start counting up even when only a single profile is run.

I have turned off every form of logging I can find. What results is it saving? How do I tell SBP not to bother?
