I am using the latest SyncBack free on Win7 64bit.
I want to make a local copy of a mapped drive (Z:\) that is accessed over a network. When I open this drive in windows explorer, some of the folders show the shortcut arrow, presumably because they are a shortcut or link at the server. However, I can still open them and use the contents in Explorer.
If I try to select the network drive (either as z:\ or as \\10.0.0.20) in SyncBack, only the 'real' folders are shown and copied, the shortcut ones are ignored. If I set up a profile for one of the shortcut folders individually, then I can back it up with no trouble. Is there any way of setting SyncBack up so it will backup all of the folders on the network drive?
Thanks
John
