Help file problems

I'm running SyncBack on Win7 64bit.
When I try to open the help from within SyncBack, the program stops responding for a few minutes, then comes up with a script error - see attached screenshot. Index and search don't work properly, and none of the help images are displayed. If I wait long enough, I can close the help and get back to SyncBack, but it's quite frustrating to get to that stage.
Any ideas?
