I don't quite understand what you mean by this quoted section. What do you mean by Task Scheduler showing Pro with multiple users? It should list the ComputernName-Username under SyncBackPro. Within that, it will show the individual profile(s) created as well as other Scheduled tasks like run at log on, etc.

Unless you are referring to several users with different account names (past and/or present accounts) had logged into your machine previously? In which case, Windows should have created separate user profiles for each logged in account, but that doesn't quite explain why Scheduler complains the account name not valid and why you need to delete those invalid ones from here.

Try this - open Task Scheduler, then from the left column, expand the branch til you reach the end of SyncBackPro > ComputerName-UserName. On the centre panel, look for the profile in question and double-click to open it. Under the General tab, verify if the account name under ".... use the following user account" is correct.
