Can you specify when and where did this error occur?

This error appears when I check Task Scheduler through Windows Control Panel

Did you create the schedule using our program (Modify profile > When > Edit Schedule)? Or was the schedule created from scratch from Task Scheduler itself?

Yes, through Modify profile.

Verify if the account you are using have administrative privileges.

Yes, it does.

It could also be that during creation of a schedule from our program (assuming that you are), there was a prompt to enter your Windows password, which you may have cancelled or suppressed it from showing, thus the schedule is trying to run using your Windows account with a blank password.

No, I entered my password

I suspect problem is that Task Scheduler( on Windows Control Panel) shows SyncBack Pro with multiple users and I am not sure how to clear invalid ones out (delete fails from Task Scheduler).

Thanks
