Solved.
The Computer Name was valid and Task Scheduler was OK.
What was throwing everything off (including the Windows system clock being buggy) was my failure to uncheck this option in:
SyncBackPro-->Schedule-->Edit Schedule-->Security-->
"Do not store password. The profile will only have access to local resources"
Once unchecked, schedules started to execute and Windows clock no longer jumped around changing its time.
Don't know how I did not catch this earlier.
