Please note as well that the setting 'Shutdown computer when all the profiles have finished' is a one-time setting, meaning it is only in force for the session in progress at the time.
This setting is never stored, so it won’t stay enabled with future sessions unless/until you select it again next occasion (while a profile is running, else it’s not listed).
One other possibility may be that you are mistaking the PC going back to sleep (etc) after the run (due to your Power settings in Control Panel, etc), in which case there's not much else we can do.
