Using the WCAG 2.0 definition of contrast ratio between the light blue you are using to light gray is 2.5 and to white it is 2.9, both are regarded as failures, as can be seen on the following links.

By decreasing the RGB values by about a third (say 20,100,150) you can increase the contrast ratio to over 6 which should be easier on the eye, as the crudely recoloured images below show.
