Although log reports are useful, what Mick requested from you was debug logs.
Once you've gotten the Support Zip with debug log, open a ticket and forward it (the entire Zip file; not just the debug logs.)

The purpose for my earlier suggestion was based on our own and past user experiences, a lot of router manufacturers tend to add several features to beef up their product functionality, but most of which are poorly implemented and are negligent in updating their firmware to fix known bugs.
Very often the firmware that controls the FTP & USB-over-LAN storage aspect on such routers are dreadful. This is not uncommon as router manufacturers often use very old/buggy firmware code for these aspects, bundling such services just for advertisement sake that their products comes bundled with "additional features". And unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to change that.
My earlier suggestion is so that you can try - for test purposes - to connect your USB drive directly to your machine (and/or, to another PC you can access over the network), then run the profile again. If the the problems disappear, it demonstrates that the device you stopped using (router) is the cause of the problems.
That first error message:
Bezpieczna kopia zawiodła. Nie mozna zmienić nazwy pliku tymczasowego: Plik nie istnieje
means
Safe copy failed. You can not rename the temporary file: File does not exist
which may suggest the temporary file rename aspect of the Safe Copy setting can't be handled by your router's firmware.
If so, you can try disabling it via
Modify profile > Expert mode > Copy/Delete > Advanced > 'Make safe copies...'
