It's just indicating that at least one of the profiles* in the 'otherwise-quiescent' Group is already running (c/o the other Group in this case, but it would also display as such if that profile had been triggered by an individual Schedule, batch file, whatever).
It's visible at the Group level in case you should take it into your head to try and run that other Group without expanding it to check first if any member profiles were already running - if you did, you'd see the profile itself is also listed as Running (because it is - it's [a pointer to] the same profile, not a copy)
* which by definition must be common to both Groups. This won't happen if no Groups 'share' profiles, but if you have the same profile in 10 Groups, all 10 will show Running if you start one of them. But if you expand them, only the actual profiles that are Running (or Paused, waiting their turn) will show as such
