Do you have any 3rd-party windows-handling software installed (such as WindowBlinds)? SB (more accurately, Delphi's display routines) doesn't play nice with some of those.
Otherwise, I'm not sure if there's anything we can do. Our debug output of internal actions wouldn't show anything, as it's presumably external to Pro (the window/taskbar icon is being hidden 'external' to Pro, by the sound of it). We don't have any code that performs 'hide window from user but do not display in tray either' (why would we?), thus there is nothing in our code to log having been invoked.
Have you tried disabling Minimize To Tray? Does it affect anything?
