I'm using Syncback Pro 6.3.13.0
I am receiving an access denied error message ("Scan failed (5): Access is denied") when trying to backup a SharePoint 2010 site with filters setup so I'm only accessing the documents I need and no system files. It appears to actually scan the source, then destination, then the error log shows this message. This same folder I have mapped as a network drive and can access without issue. I have successfully in the past ran this backup profile.
As a side not, I have read the following KB page and unfortunately I have no ability to modify my NTFS permission.
http://www.2brightsparks.com/help/index ... rticle=205
Since Windows can read the files, why can't syncback? For this and other Sharepoint sites, why does it change the timestamp on the files? It looks extremely odd that I touch every file on a Sharepoint site at 2am! There has to be a way to change that right?
Thank you!
