You're using a variable that has been assigned a value that now doesn't match any drive on your system. You can edit the string with the new serial manually, of course But it would be quicker to edit...

Sounds like Windows Task Scheduler security token issues. Sometimes deleting and re-creating the Tasks helps, but once it starts, it often recurs (sometimes for a few runs, sometimes for just one, etc)...
