I believe this is because you are using a single Shared Setting in your Email Log settings page for all your member profiles within the Group, correct? (which may explain why changing the settings here would affect the rest).
Back to your question. What you can do is to create 2 'dumb' profiles. Name them whatever you want - eg, Before and After.
Point your Source and Destination paths within these profiles to whatever folders you want. Then under
Modify > Expert > Decisions-Files
and
Decisions-Files > Folders
settings page on each of them, configure EVERY action to "Do nothing, skip the file" and "Do nothing" respectively.
The purpose of these two dumb profiles is to simply run them without actually copying/changing anything in order to send a copy of the email log to your mailbox (before and after).
Next, under
Modify > Expert > Log > Email Log
Do not use back that same email log's Shared Setting profile you have used for the rest of your actual profiles. Instead, configure your Log settings and then click on New button so that these email settings are stored as a new Shared Setting profile that is only used for this "before/after" purpose.
You might also want to configure under
Modify > Expert > Log > Advanced
so that an email log is sent to your designated mailbox after every run, instead of only when an error occurs (ie, don't enable this option).
Also, you might want to consider enabling "Do not attach the log file, just send the email body" since this is just a 'dumb' profile that doesn't do anything. But I'll leave this decision to you.
Note - if you prefer to have your subject title in your received email read as something like for example - "Start of run" and "End of run". In other words, a different subject title for "Before/After", you would need to create at least two new Shared Settings so that their subject title can be changed independently of each other.
Finally, include these two 'dumb' profiles into the Group and move the "starter" to the beginning of the run order while the "ender" to be the last profile to run.
